4. User Story
Jenny works as a Regional Manager for a major UK
based banking firm.
One of her duties requires her to travel across the
UK to hold meetings in the company’s various UK
locations. The meetings help express the
company’s plan, goals and progression.
The meetings require Jenny to supply a large
amount of paperwork, such as handouts, forms
and questionnaires to allow her to provide
information to and from the company’s
headquarters. Jenny travels by train to these
locations due to the distances involved. Travelling
with large amounts of paperwork to and from
meetings has in the past proved to be very taxing.

5. User Story
Since Jenny’s firm started leasing printers from Brother
as part of its Managed Print Services, Jenny’s meetings
have become much less of a hassle. All the offices she
visits have Brother printers readily available which are
closely monitored by Brother. This helps avoid
unnecessary downtime that effects the documents
Jenny needs to print out.
The cloud technology present also allows Jenny to
send documents to printers at different offices
allowing attendees based at different offices to also
obtain hard copies of the paperwork before the
meetings and as a result meetings run without
complications.
Going forwards this will potentially allow meetings to
be held without travel being a necessity, the
paperwork can be sent out to the offices around the
region and all forms can be scanned and send back in
the form of digital copies back to the company’s
headquarters.

present at the meeting or via video conferencing through the use cloud

frustration and helping avoid call out fees.

all their UK offices after they signed up for Brother’s Managed Print
Services. The printers have Google Cloud Printing technology as well as
Copy, Scan and Fax capabilities.
To improve the printing capabilities at the UK locations where the meetings
are held and to also allow those who are involved in the meeting through
internet video conference to have access to the handouts and documents
that are needed using cloud based printing technology.
