2. Project Title: Library System Management
Problem statements :
As we can see that the workers and management in library having problem with
the losing data and the details of the borrowers. Other than that the record and the details
about the new arrivals and the old book. If they only saved in their book as the record, they
need time to check and recheck about the books status. Other than that, status of the
borrowing also need time to check if they still using the log books as the record. Besides, is it
take time for people want to borrow the book because they need to give their card and waiting
for the works finished write information about them for borrowing books. They took time for
finding the books, which book should they right, but by having this system, they only need to
insert the information and the system will saved by itself. Manually record, the management or
librarian might use more than one book for data base of the books, so the redundancy data will
be come out. It means they key in about the same book twice but in different log book that
they used for record.
Before, they using manually and the data for audit session content of junk information
and data. So, it might be hard for the auditors to key in the last data base. That’s why by having
this system, they can recheck and the audit session become easily without losing the data base
and the junk information. This system can help them working smoothly and in the easiest ways.
Objectives :
The project that we successful created is the system for library. We managed to
complete this project with a great cooperation of four of our group members. We created this
system to help the older system to manage smoothly without have any problem with the
system of management for library. Other than that, this system will be able to use by the
beginner because the system and the interface is very easy to understand and easy to use. We
found that our system is so accurate and suitable for the library management to key in data
base without any loss. This system is very important because it will save database of the person
those borrow the books safely.
Nowadays. The management, they need the system that can help them to solve the
problem which is related to the loosing data, either database about the books details or the
borrower/members. Other than that, this system to support go green theme. Is it because
manually they using the papers for recording the database. In addition of that, this system to
avoid the wasting of paper.
