JOHNNY H PAEK 백종혁 – CEO / President
Mr. Johnny H. Paek is the CEO/President of Elite Global Sourcing LLC (USA), Elite
Games Inc (KOREA), and Elite Global Sourcing Phils., Inc (PHILIPPINES), wholly
owned subsidiaries of Elite Global Sourcing LLC.
Prior to the formation of ELITE GLOBAL SOURCING LLC, Mr. Paek had co-founded
Ignited Games Inc., acting as the COO and EVP, at Ignited Games Inc. Mr. Paek has
formed a long track record of sustained profitability and growth as he has planned
and implemented and accomplished key company goals and objectives. Before co-
founding Ignited Games Inc., Mr. Paek was one of the two founding members at
Ndoors Interactive Inc., served as the COO and EVP of the U.S. subsidiary of Korean
developer/publisher Ndoors Corporation.
Under his leadership, Ndoors published highly acclaimed MMORPG “ATLANTICA ONLINE” along with other
popular online titles all of which yielded huge successes in the Western hemisphere.
Mr. Paek was also one of the founding members at Gravity Interactive served as the General Manager/CFO, the
U.S. subsidiary of Gravity Corporation (NASDAQ: GRVY), at Gravity he pioneered the business model for game
operations and services of internationally acclaimed games such as “Ragnarok Online” in North America and
the global markets. Mr. Paek a graduate of California State University Fullerton (CSUF) with a degree in

Gary Escobar - Head of Business Operations
Mr. Escobar, an ITC Professional with over 14 years of experience in the gaming
industry both on the development and publishing side. During his early years in
the industry, he was one of the pioneering member of LevelUp! Games
Philippines, the company that started the online gaming revolution in the country
with titles such as Ragnarok, Rose, Rising Force (RF), FreeStyle among others. As
the Business Unit Director for Ragnarok he was responsible in making the game
the biggest hit in the country at that time and was instrumental in the game’s
expansion to India and Brasil.
Throughout his career, he served as VP for Operations & Special Projects with IP-eGames, General Manger for
ABS-CBN’s Amped Games, and recently was the Head of Product for Asiasoft’s Playpark Philippines. On the
game development front he was the Executive Producer for Matahari Studios and the Head of Product and
Marketing for Gamebowl Inc. Mr. Escobar is a graduate of AMA University with a degree in Computer Science.
Romulo Augustine Reyes – Director of Operations and Strategy
Mr. Romulo Reyes is responsible for the organization’s operations, business
development, corporate strategy, client relations and instigate high performance
culture. Romulo joined the company in 2014 and brought with him his extensive
experience in different industries such as game development-publishing, business
process outsourcing and mobile telecommunications. Prior to joining Elite, he has
served as COO for Optivetech Corp., General Manager for Gamebowl Inc., Business
Development Manager for Cosmic Technologies Inc. (Cherry Mobile) and
Operations Manager for Convergys Philippines Inc. Romulo earned his
Development Communication degree from the University of the Philippines

Mark Dennis Uy – Business Development Manager
Mr. Uy is a business development and operations manager for 18 years spread in the IT
industries of education, online game publishing, and software development. Joined
the company in early 2017. He is constantly on the forefront being pioneering team for
new business units and start-up companies like TOSE PH, SEA game mobile
development creating games for famous IPs like Hello Kitty and Peanuts. In publishing
side, he handled popular SEA games such as Diablo III, Granado Espada, Dragon Saga,
Runes of Magic, and Nostale.
His main responsibility is to develop new business that is in line with the company
vision and global quality for game developers and publishers. Mr. Uy got his Masters
degree in Business Administration at Asian Institute of Management.
Noel Marasigan – Business Development Officer
Mr. Marasigan joined Elite back in 2014 as a Game Operations Supervisor. His deep
passion for connecting with people and an innate talent for building relationships
with Clients and Customers alike. He exhibited passion and outstanding results during
his tenure in operations and was provided the opportunity to move up the ranks as
the company’s Business Development Officer.
Working closely with Mr. Reyes, his main responsibility is to promote Elite’s service
disciplines, develop new business and evangelize the company’s mission of providing
true quality service for game developers and publishers. Mr. Marasigan earned his
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from AMA University.

Gary Escobar - Head of Business Operations Mr. Escobar, an ITC Professional with over 14 years of experience in the gaming industry both on the development and publishing side. During his early years in the industry, he was one of the pioneering member of LevelUp! Games Philippines, the company that started the online gaming revolution in the country with titles such as Ragnarok, Rose, Rising Force (RF), FreeStyle among others. As the Business Unit Director for Ragnarok he was responsible in making the game the biggest hit in the country at that time and was instrumental in the game’s expansion to India and Brasil. Throughout his career, he served as VP for Operations & Special Projects with IP-eGames, General Manger for ABS-CBN’s Amped Games, and recently was the Head of Product for Asiasoft’s Playpark Philippines.
