Relatively affordable prices, good connectivity and easy access to well-developed social and civic infrastructure is
driving residential demand in Mahalunge.
Since, the micro-markets of Wakad, Hinjewadi and Baner have become increasingly saturated in the past, Mahalunge has
emerged as a sought-after residential hub in West Pune. The location is also being preferred for having the highest air
quality index in Maharashtra.
Well connected to prime locations such as Baner (3 minutes), Wakad (5 minutes) and Hinjewadi IT Park (2 minutes).
There are 4 metro stations coming up in the area that would largely enhance connectivity to different pats of the city.
The locality is also an easy drive of 22 Km to the upcoming international airport in Navi Mumbai.

In this plan the buyer pays 5% as the booking amount, 5% at registration and 1% every month. On the 12th, 18th and 24th
month, the buyer has to make a payment of 10%, 15% and 20% respectively. The remaining 11% has to be paid on
