A look at the available projects in Mamurdi reveals that most of the new projects in the locality are being developed by city-based
developers.
The only project in the locality by an established developer apart from Godrej is Lodha Belmondo.
However, as compared to Godrej Park Greens, Lodha Belmondo is far more expensive. For instance a 2BHK in this project is priced
between ₹58.58 lakhs to 1.02 Crore approximately while a 3BHK costs anywhere around ₹83 Lakhs to 1.36 Cr.
On the other hand, Godrej Park Greens offers a 2BHK under ₹60 Lakhs and a 3BHK under ₹70 Lakhs. Also, the use of the MLA
concept (Maximum Liveable Area) ensures optimum utilisation of available space.

Located just off the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, Mamurdi has developed as a residential hub offering a serene and peaceful
environment.
Mamurdi has grown into a bustling hot bed of residential development in the last few years. Good connectivity, proximity to IT hubs and
availability of relatively affordable housing options has put the locality on every prospective home buyers’ radar.

Mamurdi is still growing as a residential spot. Since the location is under the jurisdiction of Pimpri Chichwad Municipal Corporation
(PCMC), a lot of social and civic infrastructure in the form of public transport, schools etc are planned in the near future.
For instance, two metro stations are coming up in the proximity-Wakad station and the Akurdi Station. The Wakad station would
provide the East-West connectivity thereby enhancing access to the Hinjewadi IT park. On the other hand, Akurdi station would enhance
the North-South connectivity.
Another infrastructure project that is proposed is the Hyperloop Link. The station for the same will be in Mamurdi and it would reduce the
travel time from Pune to Mumbai to 20 minutes.
Also, as the locality is still developing, it is away from the hustle-bustle of the city life and offers a calm and serene environment.

Mumbai.
