Develop and designs software programs and products. Participates in technical design of software sub-systems or
components.
Maintain existing codebase by defect fixing and feature enhancement
Write Code for the assigned unit of work as per specification/ticket description within the defined estimate/SLA with
adequate code level comments.
Execute Unit Tests/System Test for software modules.
Fix and retest the defects raised by the QA and work with QA closely to get the defects closed.
Document the coding approach/solution, common ticket resolution descriptions etc.
Follow SDLC processes.

Participate in requirements understanding sessions and seek to clarify on understanding from a QA POV
Ensure participation and adherence to the test plan/test automation framework/performance planning processes, follow
the plan/guideline/framework for the rest of the STLC
Documentation of test cases, test reports, automation framework guidelines, checklists, as agreed in project
Build Automation scripts adhering to coding guidelines and manage scripts as per agreed CM, Test Automation, Build and
Deployment processes
