Five bacterial colonies (1A-4A) were analyzed for morphology, Gram staining, cellular structure, endospore presence, DNA concentration, and 16S rRNA content. Colonies 1A-3A and 5A were identified as Bacillus sp. and Fictibacillus gelatini with 99% confidence based on BLAST analysis, with colonies exhibiting rod shapes, Gram positive staining, and chain cellular arrangements. Colony 4A differed in lacking endospores and having filamentous chain structure.
