Database for integrating heterogeneous clinical cancer data.
• Programming in R and SAS for raw data handling, Data Normalization, running Principal
component analysis for Dimension reduction, correlation analysis to find association among
variables, Predictive Modelling, Logistic Regression, Time Series Analysis etc.
Projects:
• NGS Methylation data Analysis
Currently working on DNA Methylation project, in which we have to find the genes which are
most affected by cancer disease by analysing DNA methylation and gene expression values.
• Personalized Genomic Data integration Based on Advanced Graph Theory Techniques
Developing code in R for Graph Database to integrate genomic data from multiple sources,
analysis of Clinical Cancer dataset ,visualization using different plots like Bar chart, Pie Chart,
Histogram for categorical/ordinal variables, summary chart for continuous variables,
Principal Component Analysis and Linear Regression. Also involved in graphical representation of
data in edges and vertices format.
• Customer satisfaction Index :
Our client, a global components, systems and modules manufacturer for cars and trucks, wished
to strengthen their position in the global market. In this study we analyse the data of overall
satisfaction with the brand and performance across a number of different business factors

focus to improve customer relations and increase levels of overall satisfaction.
