2. What is a pre-development meeting?
A pre-development meeting in Dallas makes you an informed developer
with insight and leverage to our development processes for a cohesive
and efficient development experience by offering a dedicated meeting
facilitator, providing city staff that researches zoning, platting,
infrastructure, building, and other trade regulations to include
information on the permitting process.

The meetings are held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and we have two
meetings each of these days via WebEx at 9:00 am and 1:30 pm. We have six slots
each week and it’s a first come first serve basis.
