1. Command Sergeant Major Nicolino Parisi was born in Plainfield, New Jersey, on
22 January 1961. He graduated from Westfield High School in Westfield, New
Jersey, in 1979 and voluntarily took a leave of absence from General Motors
Corporation for service in the Army on 7 January 1982. He is married to his high
school sweetheart, the former Lauren A. Coleman from Metuchen, New Jersey,
and has two adult children, his son Nicolino and his daughter Marianna.
Upon completion of Advanced Individual Training Military Occupational Skill
36C, Wire System Installer at Fort Gordon Georgia, he was then assigned to
Bravo Company 82nd Signal Battalion, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North
Carolina, and served as Radio Telephone Operator culminating into Switch and
Wire Section Sergeant.

FREEDOM II and III.
Command Sergeant Major Parisi’s military education and training includes the

Masters Degree in Educational Leadership, with an emphasis in Teaching and
Instruction from Trident University International. He graduated Summa Cum
Laude honor status.
