meaning, conviction, and
belief as if the affirmation
has already happened.
Remember the more you
repeat an affirmation the
more its power increases.

that resonate with you
Then write those out on
index cards
You have ten affirmations to
read through on the same
topic 3 times a day.
When you read through your
affirmations remember to
say them with feeling.
After you read all the
affirmations on your index
cards shuffle the cards before
using them again. This
changes up the order each
time and keeps them fresh.
