This incident took place around 10:15 pm on 4/21/14 and the cop found me unconscious
in the crumpled car at approximately 11:42 pm according to the police report. The cop
also took the pleasure of searching my back pack. In which he found some marijuana.
This was however done before checking on me. Unfortunately, due to blacking out that
is all I can piece together from the night. This experience was very tough and hard to
handle for my young mind, but it was also exactly what I needed. Waking up in jail and
having no clue why I was there gave me the spark to change my life around for the
better. I took ADSAP classes in order to get my drivers license back and I also attended
drug counseling classes with Keith Oglesby. Keith helped me to realize I can and will
succeed in this challenge we call life. It requires: hard work, patience, integrity, and
other qualities. Having a background does not prevent me from having those qualities,
it just provokes me to work harder to show off those qualities.
