It gives us immense pleasure to inform that we have been able
to achieve 1o0o/o compliance in Ease of Doing Business assessment
2016. There were 46 recommendation points which were peftaining to
Pollution Control Board and we have been successfully able to have all
ofthem approved by DIPP & World Bank'
We would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Ernst &Young,
who was assisting state on DIPP state level Doing Business ranking
assessment and were facilitating line departments on implementation
of "Business Reform Action Plan".
We would also like to specially apprecaate the effotts that were
put by Ms. Neha Pandit, project leader Ease of Doing Business from
EY. Hard work and dedication exhibited by her is worth mentioning.
She has displayed a high level of commitment and extremely good
technical competence on the project. She is one of those few people
who pushes herself to the limits to achieve high quality output in a
very short turnaround time. I find her sincere & efficient leader and
