Recommendation Letter and Practice Certificate
We confirm that Neža Hvale, born on 6th April 1992 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, has been working
at our Organisation, Servicestelle Jugendbeteiligung e.V. as an Intern from May 2015 until
July 2015. During this Time she was working a total amount of 30 hours.
The Servicestelle Jugendbeteiligung e.V. is a non-profit Organisation, wich was founded in
2001 in Germany. Ever since its main goal is to support a nationwide sustainable Youth
Participation on different levels. To achieve this goal the organisation uses different kinds of
methods wich includes Mentoring, Qualification, Public Relations and the conceptual design
of Pilot Projects.
Neža Hvale supported the Servicestelle Jugendbeteiligung e.V. during her Internship with
the conceptual design of a YouTube-strategy. Therefore she was researching and analysing
different types of internet-based Video-Channels and pointing out benefits for the
Organisation and ist goals.
From the very beginning until the end of the Internship Neža Hvale showed an
great breadth of understanding. During a short period of time she became acquainted with
the workflows in the Organisation and could support the daily business. Her flexibility and
her ability to deal with different prospects also allowed her to quickly design an approach
for the research and ist methods.
Neža Hvale was an enrichment to the team of Servicestelle Jugendbeteiligung e.V. and we
thank her for her great support.
