2. INTRODUCTION
Grand Step (HK) Ltd. is a manufacturing and
exporting company backed with over 20 years of
experience in the footwear industry. We design
and produce a wide variety of footwear (Women’s
Shoes –Boots 、 Pumps 、 Closed Shoes 、 Flat
Sandals 、 Platforms and Heel Sandals, Men’s
Shoes –Formals 、 Casuals 、 High Tops 、
Moccasins、Boots、Sporty, and Kids’ Shoes ) ,
handbags, Apparels fashion.
Our manufacturing plant is located in Dongguan,
China. We also have showrooms in Hong Kong
and Dongguan.
Our main customers are from USA, Europe, South
Africa and Australia whom we have worked with
and grown for multiple years.
By 2014 we were already producing and shipping
over 18 million pairs of shoes in a year. Today, that
figure is much more.

We have a qualified experienced team of merchandisers of over 300
persons who visit our factories on a daily basis in order to improve the
communication and understanding. This helps us maintain our confident
attitude and perspective that all goods produced by these factories are in
accordance with our customer’s needs and requirements.
We have an in-house production Unit and R & D facility with 200 staff for
new development and style updating for every season.
4. Furthermore, with our strong relations with all our manufacturing
partners, we regularly develop new products with their co-operation and
have more than ten showrooms to offer a broad range of our products.
5. QA / TECH
We have our professional team to follow-up on details and we
directly ensure all samples, orders and prices are provided on time.
We also have around 80 Quality Control Inspectors (North and
South China) who arrange inspections of each cargo being shipped
according to each customer’s Acquired Quality Level.
6. Design
Team
We also have a well experienced team of Graphic Designers and
Engineers who are working hand in hand and are able to help with
bringing up new product Concept and Design. Besides this, we
also have designing teams in USA and Europe to analyze market
trends and come up with innovative ideas and designs.
