2. Introduction:
 National Laboratory is a well-established geotechnical company providing soil
investigation and material testing services for various projects.
 National Laboratory was founded by Eng. Khalid Shuhail and Eng. Abdullah Al Amri
in 1987 and currently operates with offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and Ras Al
Khaimah. We are being able to provide services all over United Arab Emirates as well
as GCC.
 The scope of activities is categorized as Geotechnical Investigation (Offshore &
Onshore), Construction Testing (Soil, Aggregates, Concrete, Steel, Cement and
Chemical), Environmental Assessments & Monitoring Wells, Land Surveying and
Quality Control in Construction Sites.

5. Quality Assessment/Quality Control
(QA/QC)
 It is the policy of National Laboratory to provide testing services of
outstanding quality, consistent with customer requirements and applicable
codes/standards with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction and work
towards continuous improvement in every function area.
 To develop, implement and maintain a quality management system as per the
requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 international standard.
 Our QA-QC Department strictly implements the Quality System Procedures in
our Quality Manual approved by the Dubai Municipality as per ISO/IEC
17025:2017 & Law No 2 / 2010 requirements, to ensure quality of services to
Client and improve the skills of our technical staff.

6. Safety Policy
 NATIONAL LABORATORY is committed to ensuring the health, safety and
welfare of its employees, so far as is reasonably practicable.
 The company also accepts full responsibility for other persons who may be
affected by its activities. The company will take all necessary steps to ensure
that its statutory duties are meeting at all times.
