This is a brief case study showcasing my work as a software product manager at Kravin Kitchen, a culinary business management platform uniquely designed to help food trucks, meal prep businesses, and virtual restaurants streamline operations and increase sales. In this instance, I evaluated the customers and chef's list of orders and I redesigned the UI in Figma for easy scannability.

and intuitive workflows

2. Product: Kravin Kitchen
Kravin Kitchen is the leading business
management platform uniquely designed to
help food trucks, meal prep businesses, and
virtual restaurants streamline operations and
increase sales.
My role
As the Product Manager, I made designs in
Figma and wrote and refined user stories. I
used intuition, customer feedback and
qualitative and quantitative data to shape the
product.

3. Problem
The chef and customer view of orders were listed as tiles and those
tiles had different sizes depending on how big the order was. Below
are some problems this caused:
• This made it hard for chefs to
prioritize their orders
• Chefs and customers had to search
each tile for specific information as
opposed to finding it in a reliable
place
Chefs and customers don’t know to read left to right or
top to bottom 🫣

4. Problem
We integrated Stripe and planned to show more order information such
as tax, discounts and total. The additional information would have
made the UI even harder to understand

5. Solution
Orders listed from top to bottom
• Most recent orders were put on top
• Most important information is visible
so that ticket is easy to scan and
plan around
• Tickets are expandable and
collapsable so that they more info
and features can be accessed if
needed
• Open orders are green and fulfilled
orders are grey
