as Sales Manager for Convention and Banqueting at the Swissotel from 21't August 2009 until 5th
October 2010.

As Sales Manager, Ms Natalia was responsible for:

To achieve the monthly budget/forecast whichever is higher for the hotel, for Meetings and
Events segment;
To ensure that customer satisfaction is the key driver for all sales initiatives and strategies;
To ensure a high level of exposure both within the hotel and in local market areas through
direct sales solicitation, telephone contacts and written communications;
To ensure standards of excellence in performance are achieved both within sales related
responsibilities and as an ambassador for sales with other team players throughout the hotel.
Ms. Natalia did an excellent job in this position and was an asset to our organization during her tenure
with the hotel. She has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, can
work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job is done,
Ms. Natalia was also participating at all contract negotiations with international companies. In this role
she showed herself to be a skilled negotiator and a gracious host, earning the admiration of her
business partners.
Ms. Natalia possesses excellent business management skills, which she was able to apply with good
interpersonal skills and in a well-organised, results-oriented manner.
She is a fine team player who brings a great deal of personal commitment and a strong sense of
responsibility to the job. These skills, combined with an ability to work well and stay calm, even under
pressure/ enabled her to perform outstandingly well in the pursuit of company goals.
Ms Natalia Goncharova is resigning from her position at "Swissotel" with effect on 05th of October
2010 due to personal reason. She would be an asset to any employer and I recommend her for any
endeavour she chooses to pursue,
