SUMMARY
I have vast and diverse experience of over 34 years of working in development banking and the oil &
gas energy sector in various executive management positions, affording me the opportunity and
extensive exposure of working with international oil & gas companies. My experience ranges from
managing the corporate, administrative, strategy development & HR related matters in a banking
organization and company in oil & gas sector. Experience of development banking includes corporate
and administrative matters, project management, implementation & supervision; special projects
aimed at empowering farmer members of co-operatives by establishing model co-operatives, co-
operatives for marketing.

Company Secretary/GM Corporate. Recently retired as Company Secretary/GM
(Corporate) Inter State Gas Systems (Pvt.,) Ltd., Islamabad. Company established in 1996 to
implement cross border gas pipeline projects. as I was responsible to manage all corporate
affairs of the company, with an authorized share capital of Rs. 2.00 billion and paid-up capital of
Rs. 2.373 billion. The company is engaged in implementing Iran Pakistan gas pipeline project
(IP) under an alternative strategy requiring setting up of a LNG terminal at Gwadar (GN gas
pipeline & terminal project); Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan & India (TAPI) gas pipeline
project and other projects.
As one of the principal officers of the Company ensure compliance of the
corporate laws and the code of Corporate Governance and responsible to
manage various statutory committee meetings of the Company.
All matters, relating to the AGM and/or Extraordinary
General Meeting.
To help and supervise HR and Administration
Departments.
To help and advice Accounts Department in matters related
to Audit & Accounts of the company.
Institute internal audit mechanism – its out sourcing,

I started my career in February 1981 in the Federal Bank for Co-operatives
(FBC). The bank was engaged in the disbursement and administration of small loans,
training of credit managers and rural leadership. Appraisal of farm and non-farm loans
and co-operative projects, disbursement of funds, and monitoring has been the more
specific areas of expertise. HRD experience relates, in particular, to assessment of
training needs, curricula development, and management of in-house and field training
focusing community mobilization and formation of co-operative groups, undertaking
capacity building activities, including activity design, planning, implementation,
monitoring and evaluation, appraisal of loan requests, and financial reporting.
Worked in various senior management positions including Acting Director,
Administration & Personnel; Cooperative Development & Training and Principal,
National Centre for Co-operatives Training, (NCCT).
