In this project we will discuss our project idea , our vision , mission and I will go
through our job analysis and other HR department work .
Project idea :
Our project is a rehabilitation gym , which focuses on injured people whoneed
fixation on an injury in the bones by using several methods such as , pilates ,
dancing a specific dance , equipment and other ways.
Our vision :
To be the best rehabilitation gym in the world .
Our mission :
As a Rehabilitation Gym, We are committed to providing a safe community
oriented environment of physicalfitness services for injured people to give them
the physical, scientific and spiritual support to get through this tough phase of
injury to get fit and get back to theirlives even better than before and this service
will be provided in a leading way that doesn't exist in Egypt that plus using high
tech equipment and researches will give us the competitive advantage we need
that with trying to provide the service with leading cost and leading service .
