• RSRs in the Towers are left within the booths the entire shift
• Dealing with multiple residents can be hectic

• Sometimes they can feel as if the rules aren’t being
enforced well because they cannot leave the booth
• If residents get rowdy they have a panic button, but still
have to wait for public safety to arrive.

accommodations for the hours they work
