Acacia Group, Inc. located in Silicon Valley, California, successfully facilitated the transaction between
Thorpe Design located in Brentwood, California and Noverra Capital Partners of Vancouver, Canada. Acacia
Group represented the Seller in this transaction.
As part of the transaction, the majority owner, Jim Thorpe, was able to retire and the minority owner will
continue to be involved in the business going forward and maintain a stake in the company.
Thorpe Design, a 30+ year old company, is a Fire Sprinkler contractor installing Fire Sprinkler systems in
commercial and residential projects including Tract, Multi-family, Customer Homes, Commercial Ground up
and Tenant Improvement projects. They also provide inspection, services, and repair. They provide services
