1. This research project is a learning program which aims
to provide the students a chance to consolidate the
theoretical knowledge through practical experience. It
is a field experience which provides an opportunities
to explore and share their insights. The research

understand the working environment of an
organization in its areas. The internship program

2. • The Project “Promotional tools and sales strategy” is based on the
work carried out in the company PL India which provides financial
services to its customers. The researcher has taken one and half
month to complete the project work as per university guidelines.
Promotion is the important one in the field of marketing of any
products and services in the stock market.
3. • The main focus of the project was to enhance its existing promotional
tools and sales plan and by doing this they can also come up with the
ideas as to how to introduce other tools and techniques to boost up
the sales. And also how the employees help their customers by
offering various products and services and resolve their issues and
problems by using promotional tools and sales plan which may
benefit them
4. • INDUSTRY PROFILE Stock trade takes their starting points from
Renaissance financiers. In the fourteenth century, the venetians grew
