• Clients are welcome to add decorations to the permissible
compounds and/or areas in the theme of the event so long
as decorations do not damage the property or grounds
of Taylor’s University Lakeside. As a ‘Go-green’ university,
we do emphasize eco-friendly practices.
• Containers, electronics, props and stands placed within the
permissible compounds and/or areas must have certified
labels and/or protective bases to avoid potential water
leakage and damage to furnishings and floors and other
hazards. Fireworks and glitters are not permitted on
the property.

• Taylor’s University Lakeside must reserve the right to
charge for loss and/or damage beyond normal wear
and tear. The client will be informed of such by
ownership as appropriate immediately or as soon as
possible afterward upon occurrence.
• Taylor’s University Lakeside is a non-smoking
property (including our carparks). Should an outdoor
designated smoking area be required, ownership will
consult with the client regarding a location.
