Job Profile:-
1. Perform Safety Audits and Inspections. After about 40% completion of any project, carry
out injury review for identification of pro-active and corrective measures to prevent
accidents.
2. Conduct Safety Meetings.
3. Track employee HSE performance, conduct pre-job assurance reviews with crews.
4. Support and undertake incident investigation and auditing strategies to ensure complaint
correction and performance improvement.
5. Perform Accident review, investigation and reporting. Perform Root Cause Analysis,
Health & Safety Hazard Analysis, and Environmental aspect and impact analysis.
6. Monitor and maintain data and information statistics on HSE activities and incident trends
to provide analysis and recommendations.
7. Ensure that local facility is operating in an environmentally sound manner and in
compliance with local ordinances and permit requirements. Ensure that employees
conduct their work in accordance with company, customer and regulatory guidelines.
8. Visit the project sites for monitoring and inspection of HSE activities as per instruction of
Manager HSE. Monitor site/field activities, guiding employees in order to
control/eliminate unsafe acts and conditions through positive feedback and effective
counselling.
9. Ensure implementation of Policies and Objectives, Integrated Management System
10. Liaise and coordinate with site management, employees and external stakeholders to
effectively manage injured workers and claims to minimize negative impacts.
11. Take ownership of company’s HSE policy, core and operating values and ensures their
implementation
