The organization "For an Empathy World" was created to protect people who face discrimination due to their skin color. It began with 10 participants but grew significantly through social media exposure and their hashtag. The organization holds recreational activities to raise awareness of racism and distributes leaflets on integration. It is managed by its 10 founders who oversee social media and the website. The organization aims to promote empathy so people will not be racist or discriminatory.

Hey racist, if you had been black, would you have loved yourself?
If I annoy to a black man, he feels bad, obviously, but this still happen in our days.
Why? There are a lot of racist people, that believe black men are socially lower than white people. If
the germans hadn't promoted racism, we would have less racist tendencies of thought .
What´s wrong with black men? There’s something that they could do to avoid to have unless
trouble?
Empathy. That’s all that we need. If we tried to feel as the others, we would be more tolerable.
Unless there's a social change, racism never will end.
The organization was born due to the need for protection they need people who are considered
different because of their skin color by an exceptional group of our society. Initially the campaign
consisted in a group of no more than 10 participants, due to the massive exposure in social
networks "For an empathy world" and the hashtag #ForAnEmpathyWorld managed to become one
of the main anti-racist organizations in America.
The organization consistently makes recreational activities, such as to imply the severity of the
problem through a foster chat. Also leaflets were distributed covering the theme and activities for
the integration of new participants.
The foundation is in charge of the 10 founders of it, the same people that manage social networks
and website of the organization.
If we didn't discriminate we would have empathy people with important values or If we foster to
people to be more empathic, they won't be racist.
