of January 2014 until 3rd of March 2014);
HeySuccess is a global web site that provides opportunities and consulting in the field of
extra-curricular education for students and young professionals.
I am sure you have already realized that there are two groups of young people: easy
quitters (takers) and champions (creators). Nabila is definitely in the second group,
because she managed to complete our very rigorous internship selection. We are really
not interested in empty talk, promises, and cool resumes but only in results! And Nabila
demonstrated that she is very results-oriented.
More importantly, Nabila achieved the following results during her internship in our
company:
 General marketing: we provided our interns with high class marketing
materials and they had to organize an entire marketing campaign of our brand
new product HeyStart, based on everything they learnt. We were absolutely
amazed with Nabila’s thoughtful understanding and creative solutions.
 Design & Video Editing: Together with a few other interns Nabila demonstrated
advanced design and creative skills. She created an extraordinary video which
was very popular among our fans.
 Event Management: As a final task, every intern has to organize a final
HeySuccess Conference and engage as many students possible. At the event in
front of 40 highly enthusiastic attendants, Nabila demonstrated her public
speaking skills. I am very proud of her extraordinary public speaking skills and
that weeks of tough preparations turned to be so exceptionally successful;
 Character: I am absolutely certain that Nabila’s biggest asset is her honest, hard-
working and quality-oriented character. Some further qualities that make Nabila
stand out are: great time management skills concentrated on results, great
precision and a desire to always take and give most from every task, sociability

2. and a positive personality and a strong orientation toward self-development and
team work skills.
Based on my two months experience of working with Nabila and her ranking, I am
