transactions entered into with you or through you with any other Bank from
time to time by all or any one of us, whether under the signature of the firm or
subscribed by the individual signature of the partners singly or jointly, may be
conclusively regarded by you as entered into for and on behalf of us jointly and
severally and also on behalf of the firm. Each of us shall be individually liable to
you to discharge all obligations and we agree to you that you shall be entitled to
recover all your out standings at your option not only from assets of the firm but
also from our separate properties as well as from our persons simultaneously.
