This document provides a list of 24 safe and fun ways for people to express and release anger either alone or with others. Some of the suggested activities include ripping up magazines and throwing paper balls, stomping and making loud noises, punching pillows, throwing rocks in water, popping bubbles, dancing angrily, counting loudly, yelling karate moves, singing angry songs loudly, kicking pillows, blowing into and popping paper bags, drawing angry pictures, writing and tearing up angry letters, playing angry drums, cleaning, and talking to someone.
