Dear Mr Derkach,
Hereby I would like to inform you that the Main Investigation Department of the National Police of Ukraine has
received your statement regarding the possible commission of criminal offenses.
The above statement is based on the alleged fact of possible misappropriation of international technical assistance
money in 2015-2017 with the involvement of a number of charitable and non-governmental organizations and foundations
through the use of part of the mentioned money, not for the intended purpose.
The information on the criminal offense was entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations on February
14, 2020, under No. 12020000000000130 following the requirements of Part 1, 4, Art. 214 of the Criminal Procedure Code of
Ukraine.
Preliminary legal qualification of the criminal offense: Part 5, Art. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The pre-trial investigation under the above proceedings was entrusted to the Investigation Team of the Chief
Investigator of the Investigation Department of the National Police of Ukraine.
