The world is under attack!
And Superheroes United is in need of a new Superhero….
A huge challenge for Agent HR!
How will he select the right person?
All his time will go on wading through CVs,
setting assessment tests,
profiling candidates...
Even then, when the final interview comes, the candidates may turn out to be
like…
or…
or…
or...
Uh!But time, money and resources need to be saved and fast!
Will the world face doom?
But wait! Doctor Z has a secret weapon - code named wizZki!
Top secret till now - it's been designed it to do all the ground work for you.
So now things like filtering and matching candidates, testing their skills & languages etc... all
happen, SNAP! just like that!

3. Visual Script:
S.No. Script Visuals
1. The world is under attack! We see a portion of the earth. Above
it we see a huge spaceship, coming
ever-so-dangerously close.
2. And Superheroes United is in need of
a new Superhero….
We see a landscape with sci-fi looking
buildings.
3. A huge challenge for Agent HR! The character Agent HR gets
introduced. He is looking at his
computer monitor.
4. How will he select the right person? We see a monitor in which we see
different types of characters,
presumably, these are different
superheroes from which the right one
has to be chosen.
5. All his time will go on wading through
CVs,
We see Agent HR open a door. Many
letters flood out.
6. setting assessment tests, We see a man in a Spiderman-like
costume, crawling upwards.
7. profiling candidates... We see a touchscreen containing
questions pertaining to
superheroes…something like
“Who do you fight for?
a. Truth, justice and freedom!
b.The people I care about.
c. Myself.
d.Revenge.
e.I prefer not to fight.”
A gloved hand clicks on one of the
answers.
8. Even then, when the final interview
comes, the candidates may turn out
to be
We see sliding doors open, like in a
sci-fi movie to reveal the members of
Superhero United sitting in an
interview panel.
9. like…(pause) Cut-to: the spiderman-like character

4. from before. He is crawling on the
wall, suddenly the camera changes
angle and we see that he is actually
crawling on the pavement, a car
zooms past!
10. or…(pause) We see a (Batman) joker-like
character who smiles like a
psychopath and draws out a “Joker”
card.
11. or…(pause) We see a heavily muscled superhero.
We realize that the muscles are only
balloons, when air suddenly pops out
from one of them and the “muscle”
deflates.
12. or…(pause) We see another man dressed up like
an MIB agent. He’s climbed up a pole,
quivering with fear….because there
is tiny worm crawling by.
13. Cut-to the interview panel, their
heads in their hands! in despair.
14. Uh!But time, money and resources
need to be saved and fast!
We see a screen, that looks like a
radar screen. One one side we see a
sphere that has “Earth” written under
it. On the other side we see a
spaceship that has “enemy” written
under it. The enemy spaceship is
moving closer to the earth.
Under it we see two bars graphically
depicting “Money” and “Resources”
that are fast reducing. On the other
end we see a clock with “Time left”
written on it. The time too is rapidly
decreasing.
15. Will the world face doom? A scene similar to scene 1, but this
time the spaceship is closer to the
earth.
16. No wait! Doctor Z has found a
solution, just in time.
Suddenly a James Bond Q-like
character wearing a lab coat gets
introduced.

5. 17. Top secret till now - it's been
designed it to do all the ground work
for you.
WizZki logo gets revealed.
18. So now things like filtering and
matching candidates, testing their
skills & languages etc... all happen,
SNAP! just like that!
CVs glide all over the place suspended
from lines. They cross various stages
like skill, languages etc and finally if
the CV is selected, the light turns
green.
19. It’s a flexible talent management
solution...
We see the Q character selecting a
few tests from a list of tests (please
give suggestions)
20. so if you need psychometric
profiling? Done!
We see the joker character. Above
him the words “Psychometric Test
Fail!” appear.
21. Need to test for certain strengths -
you got it!
We see a Spider Man-like character
shooting web.
22. Want video interviewing? Here you
go!
We zoom out and see that it is a
video playing.
22. So now Agent HR gets access to all
the important information on a
candidate upfront – allowing him to
focus on hiring the right person
faster.
One-by-one the Superheroes from
the previous scenes get beamed
down.
23. It really is genius! Finally in the gap between them, our
Superhero gets introduced beamed
down. (It is a woman)
24. Now...(trumpet sounds)
The new superhero has arrived!
We see the closeup of the female
superhero. We zoom out to see that
she’s doing a split,each feet balanced
on an aircraft containing the other
superheroes. We zoom out some
more to see that Agent HR and
Doctor Z are looking at the scene on
their monitor. They high-five each
