2. The more we try to forget someone who we still
love, the more we torture ourselves, the more
we think about them. Don't try to force things,
face it and accept it.
Mostly people advice you to delete and block
your ex on Facebook and other social media,
and you can do that, but I know that won't stop
you for stalking them, you will probably make a
fake profile just to spy on them and torture
yourself. Then what is a point...
Here is what worked best for me...
3. I still love that guy, but there is nothing I can do. Just think how many times someone wanted to be with
you but you did not want to...How many guys you rejected? Were you aware that you are hurting their
feelings?...Were you thinking about them? You might but you did not care much, and you continued your
life...
We can't choose who we love, we cannot blame someone for not loving us the way we want. You cannot
lose what you don't have. ACCEPT THE TRUTH.
I didn't block him on any social media, why should I? I don't want to be weak. Last time I saw his picture
with a girl, hugging her and saying that she is a special. Hurt as hell. All day I cried, then I thought. It's
good, I have to face the truth. When we love someone we wish them all the best, so that is exactly what I
did. I am happy that he found a happiness.

4. Buy Agenda, write down your goals, time
frame. Write positivity journal... Take some
course, learn new language...Keep
yourself busy...That helps a lot. Put a mask
on your face, or go the spa, do something
for yourself.
5. Go to gym or download an app and
workout alone. Fitness, yoga or swimming,
whatever it is, it's great for your health,
body and soul. You will look better and be
more satisfied.
6. I know you are not in the mood to go
anywhere or do anything. In this case I
suggest you force yourself.
Go out with your friends, organize a
barbecue with your family. Spend time with
people you care most, talk with them, it will
make you feel better.
7. Use that time to get away and think, find
yourself, enjoy the nature, meet new
people, make new memories.
8. It can change and bright someone's day
and make you feel good.
Laugh, watch funny videos every time sad
thoughts come to your mind.

9. We all have different lessons to learn,
sometimes in the hard way. But how you
will face those problems, depend from your
choice.
Keep in mind that love doesn't hurt, hurts
betrayal, one sided feelings...Not love, love
heals all wounds.
Do not be scared to fall in love, it's your
lesson, go with a flow, trust an universe.
