Islam has been a major religion for centuries, but in the modern age, it has been one of the fastest-growing religions in the world. This is due in part to the fact that there are now more accessible ways to learn about the religion and its teachings, with online resources, books, and other materials that can be used to explore its history, beliefs, and practices.
The spread of Islam has also been facilitated by the increasing number of Muslims living in the West, many of whom are highly educated and have access to the latest technology. This has allowed them to communicate and share their faith with others, and it has contributed to a greater understanding of the religion.
At the same time, the modern age has seen a rise in extremist interpretations of Islam, which have received widespread attention in the media. This has led to increased scrutiny of the religion and its followers, and as a result, many Muslims have felt the need to defend their beliefs and practices.
Despite this, the majority of Muslims continue to live peacefully and in harmony with those of other faiths, and the vast majority reject violence and extremism. The modern age has seen the growth of organizations, such as the Muslim World League, that promote tolerance, peace, and understanding.

Rasool(S.A.W) , To find the solution we carefully examining every bit of the information that
we have on the topic , sources of this information are Sunnah , hadiths and Quran. Sunnah are
the things that our Rasool (S.A.W) performed or did himself, while hadiths are the words left
behind by our beloved prophet(S.A.W).

5. Allegation by Non-Muslims
And many other religionists saw Islam as a threat to their religion and they began to study
Islam during this many who were lucky enough to accept Islam after properly learning
about it but there were many who tried to find loopholes in it , but failed to do so and this
practice is still going even after hundreds of years, so they began to spread the rumors that
Islam is the religion that was spread by sword and blood, and by targeting different things
like how harsh punishments are given in it to the people, which made people afraid of
accepting Islam, so many Ulama’s began to learn everything in depth and answered every
question of it , which led to many people accepting Islam,
Islam defines every aspect of life , and many other religions copied Islam, and some are still
surprised of Islam's deep explanation of everything. Among those rules and explanations
were:
7. Male rights:
The Right of Life.
The first and the foremost basic right is the right to live and respect human life.
The Holy Quran says:
“Whoever kills a human being without any reason it is as though he killed all the
mankind”
As far as the question of taking life in retaliation for murder or the question of
punishment for spreading corruption on Earth id co concerned it can decided by
proper and competent law of court.
8. Male rights:
Right to get education.
Before Islam many men weren’t allowed to get few of their rights except some who
were either royalty or connected to royalty somehow. But islam defined a boundary
of the rights of male so they can live their life in this boundary.
9. Male rights:
Right of freedom
Before Islam except for few many men would be captured and turned in to mining
slaves to mine iron and other materials. Armies would come to villages and will
capture the young men’s and make them slaves to work but islam opposed it.
11. Right to live and exist
Before the coming of Islam women were treated harshly and were buried alive but
Islam negated and it stopped this beastly behavior of people towards women.
Before Islam only women of royalties were allowed to live.
While all other women would be killed or buried alive just after being burned.
12. Right of freedom
Before islam in few empires including arab, women would all be enslaved and sold
in the slave market.
But islam also stopped this and allow women to be free and gave them the right
to live their life with freedom.
They were allowed to live freely and no one is allowed to violate their rights of
freedom , except allah , because allah has defined a boundary of every right.
13. Right of education an equality:
Before Islam women were considered inferior to men and were not allowed to get
education, but Islam opposed it and encouraged that women should also be
allowed to get the education nor they inferior to men
Only thing that makes someone different near Allah is based on taqwa.
Now all the women have the rights to get education without an consent of age
15. Introduction to Islamic Laws
Islamic Laws are also known as Sharia. Sharia deals with many topics including crime,
politics and economics as well as personal matters such as sexual intercourse,
hygiene, diet, prayer, daily etiquette and fasting. Islam Covers every aspect of human
life.
Say, "Obey Allah and obey the Messenger; but if you turn away - then upon him is only that
[duty] with which he has been charged, and upon you is that with which you have been
charged. And if you obey him, you will be [rightly] guided. And there is not upon the
Messenger except the [responsibility for] clear notification" Surah al Noor[24:54].
16. “There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for
anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often”
Surah Ahzab [33:21].
17. Importance of Islamic Laws
The Holy Quran is a rich treasure of knowledge that deals not only with faith and beliefs,
or with lessons that we can learn from past nations, but also with laws and legislations
that cover every aspect of human life.
Such laws aim redefines and refine the manners of individuals, implement justice among
the members of society, and improve the dealing that take place among them.
18. Punishment of Crimes in Islam
Theft: In Islamic law, the punishment for theft is the cutting off of the right hand
of the offender.
Adultery: The punishment for adultery in Islamic law is stoning to death.
False Accusations: The punishment for false accusations in Islam is eighty lashes
with a whip.
Intoxication: The punishment for intoxication in Islam is forty lashes with a whip.
Blasphemy: The punishment for blasphemy in Islam is death.
23. Business:
The Holy Prophet (may peace be upon him) has not only disapproved of certain forms of business
transactions, but has also laid down some basic conditions that should be fulfilled in every transaction if
it is to be lawful.
Things sold and money offered as their price to be lawfully acquired. The things sold and the money
to be offered as their price should both be lawfully acquired and clearly specified. This condition
demands that the goods sold should have been lawfully obtained. One has no business to sell goods
which one has stolen or which one has acquired in a fraudulent manner. nor should one purchase
anything with the money which one has accepted as illegal gratification or has acquired in some other
deceitful way. This condition holds the buyer and the seller responsible for lawful possession of the
goods on the part of one and of the money on the part of other.
Goods not to be sold before obtaining their possession. The Holy Prophet (may peace be upon him)
has warned the Muslims against indulging in forward transactions which means selling goods before
obtaining their possession. "Whoever buys cereals shall not tell them until he has obtained their
possession," says the Holy Prophet (may peace be upon him). According to Ibn 'Abbas, what applies to
cereals also applies to other categories of goods. On another occasion the Holy Prophet (may peace be
upon him) has said: "Bargain not about that which is not with you."
24. Business:
Goods to be bought in the open market. Goods and commodities for sale should go into the
open market, and the seller or his agents must be aware of the state of the market before
proposals are made for the purchase by the buyers. The seller should not be taken unawares lest
the buyers should take undue advantage of his ignorance of the conditions and prices prevailing
in the market.
No trade and traffic in things, the use of which is prohibited by Islam. A Muslim can trade in
those goods and commodities only the use of which has been declared to be Halal (lawful). There
can be no trade and traffic in things the use of which is proliibited by Islam. For example, there can
be no trade in wine, swine, dead bodies of animals and idols. A devout Muslim merchant would
not even traffic in thin and transparent stuff for ladies because the use of such stuff by ladies is
unlawful. One cannot sell the carcass of an animal. He can, however, flay its skin which can be used
for making shoes and which can therefore, be sold, but not the flesh of the dead animal. What is
true of the usable skin of animals is also true of the tusks of an elephant.
