KFMC is big medical campus in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. KFMC was using Hospital Information

Worked at Armed Forces, IT Division, and Abu-Dhabi as Oracle DBA. Responsibility included in

(mail) exchanging system. Oracle used as backend and .net as front end application. The project
covers the exchanging letter between the different departments of the Armed Forces with the
specific standard format.
Involvements
• Customized migration of database from Oracle 9i to Oracle 10g
• Implemented Content Search using Oracle Text on Arabic letter (BLOB) data
• Used Triggers to count number of letter sent and received from specific department and
personal (inbox) ledgers.
• Table partition on LOB data to archive old data and for ease of maintaining BLOB
• Automatic refresh of HR data from the GHQ (Central) database to the local (camp) database
using materialized view
• Offline exchanging of data (letters) between stand alone databases (different camps) running
same (MELS) application using distributed database technology
