2. Dear All,
We will be celebrating 69th Independence Day on 15th Aug 2015 in our plant.
I request all the employees along with their family to be present at the Admin Block at 08:30 Hrs.
tomorrow.
Apart from flag hoisting ceremony we will have various other events for the Children & Family.
We have arranged Transport from Township to Admin Block for the conveyance of the employees &
Family for the said event.
Our vehicles will be positioned at BH-2 (Guest House) Block. Vehicle will leave from the township at
08:00 hrs.
I would request all HODs & section heads to communicate the message to their workmen to be a part
of the said event.
