Muhammad Shahab, P.E. as Engineering Manager
Houston, TX – April 28, 2016 – William Jacob Management, Inc. announced today that
Muhammad Shahab, P.E. has joined the company to take on the role of Engineering Manager.
In this strategic role, Mr. Shahab will focus on overseeing the execution of all aspects of project
engineering at William Jacob. In addition Mr. Shahab will also coordinate the continued growth
of the considerable engineering expertise currently available from William Jacob Management’s
three divisions – Drilling Facilities Engineering, Process Facilities Engineering and Marine
Facilities Engineering.
Mr. Shahab has over 17 years of engineering and business management experience in the oil
and gas industry. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and
Technology in Taxila, Pakistan; MS in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of
Technology and an MBA from the University of Houston and he is a Registered Professional
Engineer in the State of Texas. Mr. Shahab will be responsible for management of all
engineering and design at William Jacob Management for the company’s three divisions. He will
be involved in coordinating William Jacob Management’s engineering efforts for services such as
FEED studies, detailed design, mechanical completion, commissioning, decommissioning and
other related services for new build and maintenance for high-stakes capital projects. Prior to
joining William Jacob Management, Mr. Shahab held senior positions at Aker Solutions, Parker
Drilling and MH Wirth.
