Mercedes Benz Company
- I have been working in Mercedes Benz cmpany – commercial vehicle department from
01.07.2009 to this date as service advisor and key account supervisor for Mercedes and
freightliner trucks.
- I am a leader of team includes number of mechanical and electrical technicians.
- I am responsible for approximately 200 trucks mostly belong to the largest companies in
Jordan.
- I receive the vehicle from the customer and register mechanical and electrical faults in
pre-order.
- I study complaints with the first mechanical in my group and put the procedure to solve
them.
- In many cases I return to Mercedes vehicles programs (WIS, ASRA, EVA) to explain how
we can remove and install some parts or how we can diagnosis many problems.
- In many A/C problems I explain to the electrical technician how the A/C circuit work
inside vehicle and how all control elements received and send signal from climate control
unit to other parts.
- Priced damaged pats, make quotations to the customer after we determinate failure
parts.
- I receive all warranty cases which occurred in new vehicles and make all diagnosis reports

Graduation project
- Motor control using PLL (phase locked loop):
It is closed loop method to control the speed of the motor using frequency.
We program micro-controller to do this function and to display this output we used
