2. Advertising is any paid form of non-personal presentation & promotion of
ideas, goods, or services by an identified sponsor.
There are different types and examples of advertisements which company use
to promote or to increase awareness between people to use their products.
Sometime they use sentimental messages while sometime they use creative and
simple way to advertise their brand, service or goods.
It includes
• Print Advertising: Newspaper, magazines, & brochure advertisements,
etc.
• Broadcast Advertising: Television and radio advertisements.
• Outdoor Advertising: Hoardings, banners, flags, wraps, etc.
• Digital Advertising: Advertisements displayed over the internet and
digital devices.
• Product/Brand Integration: Product placements in entertainment media
like TV show, YouTube video, etc.
Examples of Advertisement:
1- Print Advertisements: Jeep’s ‘See whatever you want to see’ is a perfect
example of a great print advertisement. This is unique way to advertise as
it engages the audience to think about this. This picture looks different
when different people see them
3. 2- Bill-Boards Examples
When promoting show for Dracula. The billboard featured a design with steaks
hammered into it. It was different in day and night and in nights it creates the
shadow of vampire with white background. This was one of the one of the best
creative advertisement examples we’ve ever seen.
4. 3- Billboard Example-Uber Ride :
Same way another example is uber ride. They use the marriage feature that
you can also call it that means Uber is for you whenever you need and
wherever you want to take it .This is also the example of billboard
advertisements.
5. 4- Example of Head & Shoulders
It features a great visual and headline combination, and communicates both
the functional and emotional benefits. Odell’s hair looks great, and what better
way to communicate greatness than with an NFL star?
5- Example of Colgate:
Colgate uses a torturetest approach in this ad by visualizing the woman’s enamel
strength. The ad is simplified down to visual, product shot, and power claim. Notice
6. that the background, woman’s clothing, and brand ribbon all reinforce the brand
and package design equities.
6- Chupa Chups
Chupa Chups is Sugar Free . It has a great reputation for tongue in cheek
advertising and this one is no different. To promote the sugar free aspect of
the product, and with an image of the loli-pop on the ground, they have made
the suggestion that it is so good for you that ants won’t touch it.
7. 7- Social Messages Advertisements
Some times it become very necessary that government use to create awareness
like use of Tobacco. It creates many diseases including cancer so here is one
of the simple but with deep messages that reflects it actually damages our
health.
8. 8- Poster advertisements
Whiskas Temptations (Mars) does a very good job of dramatizing the benefit.
There’s a clear and powerful takeaway of irresistibility using imagery that gets
you to pause before turning the page. Many cat owners will recognize the
clawed-through package and likely relate. And, there’s just enough packaging
left intact to make the branding evident.
9- Example of Land-Rover Advertisement
Land-Rover which is best for all types of terrain. This ad reflects beautifully
with different aspects of earth. Thus, creating a very strong image of brand.
