• Make a “colorful group” of personalities (3-5)
• Pick a president for your group mascot.
• Write down your group mascot and the names of all the
group members (I need one from each group)
• Challenge: find 3 things that everyone in your group
has in common.
• Share mascot and 3 things with the class.

7. Current event assinment
 On your current even day you will be responsible for
the following:
• A newspaper article or broadcast.
• Two-column notes on your current event complete
with a summary.
• A short 1-2 minute presentation on your current
event.
