Have you ever wanted to express your sentiments to Pastor Murphy but never got the
opportunity, time, or even had the words to say?
Today is your special day! We have made available an opportunity for you to share your
well wishes, kind thoughts, and words of appreciation.
ACTION: Be sure to return your personal written note cards of appreciation and thank
you notes in the basket located on the information station by the end of service on next
Sunday, October 11th. All online submissions must be submitted to
pac.nbcharlotte@gmail.com by 10:00 PM on Sunday, October 11th.
4. Sunday, October 11, 2020 – “We Are The Garden”
There’s an old adage that says “give me my flowers while I’m living”. Actually the bible also
encourages us in 1 Timothy 5:17 to consider the elders who rule well of double honor,
especially those who labor in preaching and teaching.
This is your chance to give our Pastor his roses while he can smell them!
ACTION: Please bring a long-stemmed rose or flower of your choice. To ensure we have
the best display of a bouquet of flowers, please don’t bring any small trees or starter
plants. Those who are not attending the in-person service, you can drop your flower off
at the church Sunday morning, October 11th between 9:25 AM to 10:00 AM before service
starts to be included in this member presentation.
5. Sunday, October 18, 2020 – “Love Tokens and All Other
Acts of Kindness”
The bible says that love is patient and love is kind! Let’s come and show our love and
kindness to our pastor! He deserves it.
ACTION: Please bring any personal tangible, love tokens to the church. We are asking
that all tangible love tokens be shared by Sunday, October 18th where a basket will be
designated. Those not attending service in-person, there will be a drop-off area
designated for a drive-through drop off of your tangible love tokens and gifts between
the hours of 9:25 AM and 10:30 AM.
6. Sunday, October 25, 2020 – “Let’s Unify in Color…Go
Blue”
By no means is this a sad occasion! The bible admonishes us to rejoice with them that do
rejoice! We’re asking everyone to show your appreciation to Bishop Murphy by wearing
any shade of blue. This is the Sunday that we will present the Notes Appreciation Book.
ACTION: Let’s dress in unity, wear your best blue attire, and show your support by your
presence…it’s the best gift!
