1. Dealing Stress in Daily Life
We all have stress in life, we all need stress in life.
Stress is a word taken in different style by the universal
people. No doubt stress is making us in distress yet let us
take it in a way that stress also derives us into doing things
which leads us to our goals of life.
2. If there was no stress of finding how apple did fall down
then there would not be Newton's discovery of gravitational
force. So thinking in a positive way stress is needed. It is just
that we need to know how much stress we should take
because if taken in larger sense than will lead to issues, as
well as not taking stress may also lead to issues.
How does stress affect our different chakras and thus
unbalancing them which leads to different emotions and as,
we humans treat emotions as our pathway to display and
never stop and analyses before reacting to our feelings.
