To obtain a Vanuatu passport, there are two stages of required documents. Stage 1 requires passport copies, police clearances, passport photos, CVs, bank statements, and residency permits for applicants. Stage 2 requires proof of address, birth certificates, and medical clearances. Some additional documents may be requested, but most applicants can provide what is required. The initial $7,500 fee is non-refundable if an applicant fails the background check due to a criminal record.

2. Stage 1:
1. Passport copy of all applicants - clear scanned copies
2. Police clearance from country where they live and the country they are
originally from (all applicants over 16)
3. Passport size picture for all applicants
4. CV of main applicant
5. Bank statement of main applicant (does not matter how much money
they have in the account)
6. All expired and current residency permit for all applicants to prove
they are living in UAE for more than 5 years (Or Kuwait or whichever
country)

3. Stage 2:
1. Proof of address (like DEWA bill or Ejari on main applicant name)
2. Birth certificate of all applicants
3. Medical clearance (for HIV and Hepatitis for all applicants
The above documents are mandatory.
Sometimes the government may request further documents but nothing
too difficult and client will be able to provide most documents.
If the client fails due diligence due to any bad criminal record the
initial USD 7,500 is non-refundable as the government will not
refund the fee to us. SO, the client should be honest with us from
start We guarantee the passport as long as you do not have any
serious criminal convictions.
