Responsibilities :
 Studying and pricing for bids and tenders.
 Develop designs to satisfy technical specifications.
 Check design calculations of designers and other engineers within the team.
 Lead design reviews, risk assessments from a technical standpoint.
 Preparation of technical specifications in liaison with client and project team.
 Conduct technical analyses of survey and field data for development of topographic, soil,
hydrological or other information and prepare reports.
 Deliver risk assessments, technical files and other technical documentation required by safety
legislation and procedures.
 Responsible for implementation and use of Quality Control Documents,
Quality Manuals, Quality Plans.
 Select and strategize allocation of work to sub-contractors.
 Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for projects.
 Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs,
calculations and cost estimates.
 Act as project or site supervisor for land survey and construction work.
 Site execution in civil works and finishing including (Drainage System, Water feeding System, Fire
Fighting system, plastering works, Ceramic tiles, Painting works, for ceiling , HVAC, Erection of steel
works, Fair face concrete)
 Responsible about application of safety rules in site by lecturing workmen by taking Osha course in
both general and construction and preparation all safety papers required from the owner company .
 Attending Project Process Meeting and Coordination Meeting with Consultant and Client (Owner).

 Quoting the amount of materials for projects (Material Procurement).
