- In panorama x ray we can notice the congental missing of permenant teeth upper and lower . So our tt plan to conserve and obtain the disedious teeth as soon as possible

- According to the tt plan tooth #65 and #74 for extraction and all 6s teeth need caries treatment . tooth #46 need IPC or rct Tooth #84 and #85 pulp tt and ssc According to the tooth #75 POOR PROGNOSIS RE-PULPECTOMY+SSCR or ext then B&L after eruption of tooth #34. after treatment of #16 and #26 nance appliance to mintaine the space in upper jaw
