Dear Ms. Sarratt,
We are pleased to confirm our offer of a STEP position as a Library Aid (Student), GS-1411-03, step 1. This is
a temporary, intermittent position not to exceed 31-AUG-2012. The full performance of the position is GS-
1411-03. This position is with the United States Naval Academy, Academic Dean and Provost, USNA Library,
Access Services Division, Circulation Dept., located in Annapolis, Maryland. Your pay will be set at $27,130
per annum.
You will enter on duty Monday, August 15, 2011. On that day at 8:00 am, please report to the Human
Resources Department, Halligan Hall located on 181 Wainwright Road (The first building on the right, outside
of gate 8). You will also need to bring with you a valid U.S. Passport (current or expired) or a combination of
(1) driver's license and Social Security card or (2) driver's license and original or certified copy of birth
certificate. This must be certified with the registrar's signature and the raised, impressed, or multicolored seal of
office. We cannot accept copies of birth certificates or hospital birth certificates. If you are not in possession of
one of the above, please call Kristin Sadler at (410) 293-2825 for other options. You will then proceed to Pass
and ID where you will receive your decals. Please bring your vehicle registration and proof of insurance. This
offer is contingent upon completion of a security background investigation.
