Professional experience
{As a Maintenance engineer}
June 2014 till now... worked in the national company for fertilizers and chemicals (Agrochem) located in
Cairo Alex desert road, worked as a maintenance engineer in steam power with 3MW steam turbine, And
this unit is an extension of the sulphuric acid factory and gained knowledge and experience in
1- Good knowledge about steam power plant cycle and it components
2-maintenance of (gearbox, oil circuit and it pump, cooling tower pumps, valves)
3- Good knowledge about shafts alignment.

2. {As a Maintenance engineer}
May 2013 till 30 May 2014, worked in international yarn company (interyarn) for compact spinning
Located in the Borg Al Arab, 4th Zone, worked in Installation, assembly and pre-setting for factory
machines ,after operating and start up work as maintenance engineer for winding department,Work on
the latest models of the winding machines (Savio Polar IDLS) and gained knowledge and experience in:
- The general idea of the winding process in modern spinning mills.
- Pneumatic systems and air technology.
- Most types of sensors and how it works and adjusted.

October 2012 to April 2013, worked as a maintenance engineer in United group for contracting and
maintenance company, (Have a good knowledge of the Centrifugal Pumps and how to installation and
maintenance).
