Mmasa Mogale was born and raised at Kagiso, Krugersdorp. She attended her primary at Boipelo Intermediate School and high school at Thuto Pele Secondary School. She is now a third year student teacher at the University of Johannesburg. Her major modules are life sciences and mathematics. She used to play chess during her primary and high school days, and she was also in her high school debate team. She also loves watching soccer and basketball. She also loves engaging in community project to encourage young learners to pursue their studies.
