• Hydraulic lift is a material handling device
• Hydraulic lift is a type of machine that
uses a
hydraulic cylinder to lift and lower objects by
applying relatively small force compared to
the
weight of the object to be lifted.
• It’s working is based on Pascal’s Law.

hydraulic jack at commercially low cost.
► To raise or lower platforms to work on heavy

by increasing the stroke length (or) by
additional zig-zag links.

capacity hydraulic cylinder.

Thus a hydraulic lift to raise 100 kg of weight upto a height of 2
