• Upon your arrival to Esenboga Airport, Ankara, you
will be met by a MESA Hospital representative at
the airport
• You will be escorted to your hotel for check-in
3. Transportation
• All your official transportation requirements (being
picked up from / dropped off at the airport, appts, etc.)
will be handled by the MESA Hospital representative.

4. Hotel Information
• You will be staying at the ………. Hotel which is a 5-star
hotel within walking distance of your OB/GYN. It’s also in
walking distance to all kinds of dining/shopping venues.
• Based on the availability you will be placed in either an
apart or a suit room.
• Apartment rooms are just like studio-type rooms with a
small kitchen.
• Suites are larger than standard rooms, however, they do
not have a microwave or a kitchen area.
5. Hotel Information
• If you are traveling with small children, cribs are
available at the hotel, but please make sure you request
it during check-in. Unfortunately, there is NO child-care
service available at the hotels.
• All rooms are air-conditioned and have a private
bathroom, direct dial telephone access, satellite/cable
TV, minibar, hair dryer, and key-card lock system
• The room costs $........... for you and additional $.... for
an extra person which is still under your max lodging
allowance. Breakfast and FREE wireless Internet service
is included in the room price.
6. OB/GYN Appointments
• During your stay in Ankara, ………………, MD will be your
primary care manager.
• She has been a part of our network for two years and has
been the primary OB/GYN doctor for all of our storknesters
and many of our American military/dependent OB/GYN
patients.

performing many procedures and operations for storknesters
in MESA Hospital

– Get your protocol number after giving your ID
details

• At the Admission’s desk you will be
asked to sign 3 types of consent forms:
– General Consent form
– Anesthesia Consent form
– External Doctor Consent form
11. Labor and Delivery Room in
MESA HASTANESİ
• The bed is adjustable for the
labor and delivery
• Both the mother and the
baby are monitored
• The baby is welcome at the
resuscitation module
12. PREPARATION FOR LABOR & DELIVERY

• Bra for lactation
• High waist underwear

polish and leave your valuables at

13. After Delivery
• Together with your baby, you
will be taken into a private
room, which has a minibar, a
mini case, a cupboard, and a
couch for the companion

You need to ask for:

• Get the Memorandum for Travel,
both in Turkish and English
