Bio
Milka is a women’s leadership expert: consultant, facilitator,
instructional designer, author, speaker and executive coach.
Milka delivers consulting services, workshops and coaching
to clients in the financial services, consumer goods and
technology industries; globally.
As a leadership practitioner, Milka designs interactive and
immersive gender balanced focused interventions that are
creative, have impact and use behavioral change techniques
to empower women to develop a uniquely balanced
leadership style. She has led interventions and coached
leaders at leading management consulting firms such as:
KPMG, Mercer, Oliver Wyman Group, and Linkage Inc.
Milka received her B.A.from Columbia University with a
double major in Anthropology and Middle Eastern Studies
and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of
Business, Babson College with a focus on Organizational
